Fees

Jurnal Olahraga dan Kesehatan Indonesia (JOKI) implements an Article Processing Charge (APC) as part of its commitment to maintaining a professional, transparent, and sustainable publishing process. The publication fee supports editorial management, peer review, copyediting, layout formatting, DOI registration, and journal system maintenance.

Publication Fee Scheme;

1. Standard
   A standard fee of IDR 750.000 per article applies to manuscripts where all authors are affiliated with Indonesian Institutions.
2. Discount 
   A 25% discount (reducing the fee to IDR 500.000) is granted for authors who submit documents such as Ethical Clearance, Informed Consent, and Similar Documents.
3. Free
   Publication is completely free of charge (IDR 0) for manuscripts where all authors are affiliated with institutions outside of Indonesia (International Research).
4. Fast Track
   To use our Fast Track publication service, authors are required to pay an initial APC fee of IDR 250.000 (non-refundable). In addition, a final APC fee based on the applicable rate (Standard or Discount) will be charged if the manuscript is accepted for publication.

 

Manuscript Evaluation Principles;

The APC policy does not influence the manuscript evaluation process.

All submissions undergo an objective, independent, and merit-based peer review.

Payment Policy;

The APC is only charged after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.

There are no submission fees for initial manuscript submission.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy;

Manuscripts withdrawn before the review process begins will not incur any charges.

Manuscripts withdrawn after the review process has started or after acceptance are not eligible for a refund of any fees paid.
